Hailing from a traditional family, Ms. Archana broke all the stereotypes and became a psychologist. Her journey of transforming people started 6 years ago, from a housewife to a flourishing counselor today. She has been a speaker in many of the TV channel panels on self help in Vanitha, Doordarshan, HMTV and ETV Life recently.

Her expertise is in identifying, diagnosing various psychological disturbances. She has the ability to detect varied behavioral patterns enabling her to predict and understand abnormal behaviors.  She is blessed with a knack for identifying and resolving personal conflicts. She is an expert in handling cases with stress, anxiety, depression and relationship crisis. Handling adolescent issues is something she is well-versed with. She integrates professional techniques like NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programme), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and hypnosis for helping them through their situations.

 

Ms. Archana is adept in analyzing and implementing patient treatment plans, she is armed with proficiency in conducting surveys pertaining to human mind functions and behaviors. She is skilled in creating programs to address improper psychological attitudes, behaviors in college campus and workplace. She has very good interpersonal skills that allow her to collaborate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners.

The skill of addressing large public is a talent she nurtured from her teaching days. Competent at providing counseling services to students with a high focus on students with disabilities. She has hands-on experience in managing students learning, attitude, emotions and behavior. All these help in personality Development, career guidance and counseling for students. She also has a teaching experience in applied HR and practitioner engagement.

She is an expert in conducting psychological assessments aimed at cognitive, social / emotional and behavioral functioning of students.

 

Apart from being a psychologist she is also a soft skills trainer to students, faculty and parents. Along with that she imparts interview skills and has conducted numerous workshops on concentration development techniques, Group Discussions, Language Building Activities for Students varying from schools to Colleges.
